A charming A-Frame cottage surrounded by banana plants and overlooking the food forest. Ideal for couples, or can be combined with Rusty for larger groups.

Tariff & Booking Details

All visits to Chiguru Farm are by prior booking only.

Prices mentioned below are applicable on regular days when no special events are scheduled.
Event days and peak season (Christmas, New Year, etc.) may have different pricing.

Off-season and weekday stays may be eligible for 10% discount.

Day Trips

Full Day Trip

(Breakfast around 9:30 AM to High-Tea around 4:00 PM)

Kids below 4 years: Complimentary

Adults (11 years & above): ₹1,400

Kids (4–10 years): ₹800

Half Day Trip

(Light refreshments around 10:00 AM to Lunch around 1:30 PM)

  • Kids (4–10 years): ₹600

Note: School trip pricing is available on request.

We normally allow day trips for groups of minimum 10 pax, unless it is a scheduled public visit or event.

Overnight Farm Stay

24-hour stay (Noon to Noon) includes:

  • 2 Lunches
  • 1 Dinner
  • 1 Breakfast
  • 1 Evening High-Tea

Room check-in and check-out: 12:00 Noon.

Stay Tariff

  • ₹7,000 for two adults
  • Extra person (up to 3 additional per room): ₹2,613 per person
  • Kids (4–10 years): ₹2,000
  • Kids below 4 years: Complimentary

More than one-night stays may be eligible for 10–20% discount, depending on duration.

Long-term stays / Workations — pricing available on request.

Booking Terms

  • Booking confirmation is done with 25% advance payment
  • Early / Late check-in & check-out possible on prior request (subject to availability)
  • Driver/attendant accommodation available at nominal cost

Cancellation Policy

The latest cancellation terms will always be communicated at the time of booking and will take precedence over website information.

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before travel: 75% refund of advance payment
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund
  • If cancellation is initiated by Chiguru Farm: Full refund

Before You Arrive – A Few Helpful NotesOvernight Farm Stay

To help you make the most of your stay at Chiguru Farm, here are a few important and friendly guidelines.

About the Farm & Food

Chiguru Farm is a 15-acre organic farm offering experiential farm stays with fresh, home-cooked vegetarian meals.

  • All food is strictly vegetarian.
  • Most ingredients (ragi, dals, greens, etc.) are grown or prepared on the farm.
  • We serve traditional rural Karnataka cuisine.
  • If you have dietary preferences (Jain / no onion-garlic / specific allergies), please inform us a few hours in advance.

A Peaceful, Nature-Friendly Space

  • Chiguru Farm is a No-Alcohol property.
  • Being close to forest land, we request you to avoid loud music.
  • This is a place to relax and rejuvenate — not a space for gambling or illegal activities.
  • Please keep room doors closed at all times to prevent frogs or insects from entering.

Hot Water & Utilities

  • Hot water is generally available 24 hours via solar heating.
  • On cloudy/rainy days, we use a firewood boiler (usually 8:00–10:00 AM).
  • You can request hot water at other times as well.
  • Please allow a few minutes after turning on the shower for hot water to flow.
  • All grey water is harvested and reused responsibly for irrigation.

Each room also has:

  • An electric kettle for drinking water or instant tea/coffee.
  • Access to the always-open kitchen in the main building if needed.

Daily Timings

(Flexible on prior request)

  • Tea/Coffee/Milk: 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Breakfast: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
  • Guided Farm Tour: 11:00 AM onwards or 4:30 PM onwards
  • Lunch: 1:30 – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Snacks: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
  • Dinner: 7:30 – 9:00 PM
  • Campfire: 8:00 PM onwards (except on hot evenings)

Our cooks are from the village and return home at night after preparing dinner.
Early breakfast is therefore not possible.
